WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BUYING A PROPERTY FROM GEFEN?

There are few simple steps needed when buying a property from us. They include:
+ Site Inspection, verification of documents and other due diligence.
+ Completion of Subscription Form and Payment to our designated Banks.
+ Allocation Documentation (including building plans)

WHAT TYPE OF TITLE DOES YOUR PROJECTS HAVE?

All our project have title documents that are Government approved.

WHEN DO I GET MY ALLOCATION AFTER PAYMENT?

Allocation Document would be issued within one week after payment and physical allocation, provided all requirements are met.

CAN I PAY CASH TO YOUR AGENT?

We strongly advise that cash payments should only be made to Gefen Group at its designated Banks. Otherwise, cheque(s)/bank drafts should be issued in favour of Gefen Group of Companies Limited.

DO YOU PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
